I embedded with TrackNet's founders as fractional design director for one year — owning brand, product design, and go-to-market from concept through CES launch.

A complete brand and product experience — from naming to CES launch.
It started with mission planning — discovery work to understand customer needs, competitive positioning, and business objectives. That framework guided every decision across brand, product, UX, engineering, and vendor relationships. From there, I designed the complete product experience: iOS and Android apps for device pairing, onboarding, alerts, and monitoring — all built to feel effortless for families. I led design and development of the marketing website and eCommerce experience, unifying product discovery, evaluation, and purchase into one seamless flow. Across every surface — brand identity, physical packaging, digital interfaces, customer support — I focused on the connective tissue that builds trust and reduces friction. Naming conventions, error messages, unboxing, onboarding — nothing was treated as an afterthought.
